How to pair remote
Hello Sarah, The Maverick II remote has “Universal Mode” and “Learning Mode." If choosing “Universal Mode”, simply place both dip (code) switches at the UPPER position. Your fan with the remote controller is ready to use. If choosing “Learning Mode," place the dip (code) switches at LOWER position, have your remote within 5 meter distance from the fan. Restore power source to your fan, then press and hold the “SET” button for about 4 seconds until buzzer inside receiver sounds. Your remote controller is ready to operate the fan. What size downtrod is needed for a 9 foot ceiling?
Hi Lulu, Industry standards indicate that ceiling fans provide optimal airflow when suspended between eight to nine feet from the floor, which would be either 6" or 12" from the ceiling. This fixture comes equipped with a 6" downrod included. Which wall switch is required for 60” maverick fan
Hello Luci, the 60" Maverick is a DC fan and must be used with it's included remote as the fan requires the receiver to start the fans as this is also the inverter converting AC- DC. Thank you for your interest in Generation Lighting!
