I'm using a 33 lb forklift LP tank on mine. Works great. Just be sure to use the vapor only port/valve. The fitting and valve for the forklift supplies liquid LP. Forklifts have vaporizers to convert the liquid to a gas as well as the proper regulator.
Hi Vito. According to DeWalt, the minimum recommended LP tank size is 40 pounds. This heater uses a standard POL left hand thread coupling. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Rick_HD_OC
