For the A side 40 inch width, can be adjustable to 41inch ?
You cannot stretch the width tolerances of this model on the 40" door side. You have an allowance/accommodation of 1/4" for out-of-plumb walls, but you do not have any adjustment for width on this side. If you need to go to 41", you would need to get the next model size up. For the 1/2 inch adjustment on the side panel, is that 30 3/8 +/-0.5in or is that just 30 3/8 + 0.5in?
You can only adjust up 1/2", so the absolute minimum dimension on the return panel side is 30-3/8 which can be adjusted by up to 1/2" so that the maximum would be 30-7/8". You cannot adjust 1/2" down below the 30-3/8" minimum. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
can the door be reversed? ie hinge on the side of other glass panel?

Both the door and this small stationary glass have cut-outs for the hinges and the larger return panel glass does not have any such cut-outs.
