What is Collins Trim?

Our French doors had to be replaced. They put the handles and bolt on one side of door. But took off with both strike plates for the bolt and handles to go into the other door. What are the part #’s to get new Matt black strike plates?
Strike plates are not purchasable parts. The part number for the deadbolt strike plate is 10-116 for radius and 10-147 for square. The part number for handle set strike plate 10-027 for radius and 10-026 for square.
Can I replace the lever with a knob
