Are these doors d signed for 2 x 6 construction?
Hi Susie, thank you for reaching out. Standard jamb sizes on our exterior prehung doors are designed for 2x4 wall construction (4-9/16 in. jamb width). For 2x6 construction, a jamb extension kit (or a custom 6-9/16 in. jamb option) is required. Is the flush bolt on the bottom, top, or both? Hoping for both.

What is the rough opening for the 72”x96” doors?
Hi there! The recommended rough opening size for this door is 74 1/2 in. x 98 in.
Can this door be trimmed from 72 x 96 to 68.5 x94 opening instead?
This door can be trimmed 1/2" from the sides and the top of the door, and 1" from the bottom. Any more than that will void the warranty and compromise the integrity of the door.
Hello! We just purchased one of your double doors, and was wondering where we can purchase the matching Brickmold.
If you live in the western states, you can purchase knotty alder brickmold at Home Depot. Otherwise, we recommend going to your local lumber supplier and ordering it from there.
Do these doors pass Florida code or have a Dlorisa approval number?
