Hi, Odors are caused by dyes, yarns and shipping for long distances in sealed wrap. Most odors dissipate within a week once the rug/mat is removed from the shipping wrap. Thanks!
It's been two weeks and the odor did not dissipate... I had to actually get rid of the rug due to the fumes it was making me sick.
Will these rugs stay in place on carpet?
We recommend 3 ways to keep a rug from moving on carpet; 1-Use a rug pad. An anti-slip rug pad is the best way to prevent a rug from sliding or bunching up on a carpet. 2-Use double-sided rug tape. 3-Anchor the rug with furniture. Thanks!
