2 oz. Kale Dark Green Craft Paint

I had a wall decor piece that due to its color palette I wasn’t sure would fit into the redesign. I used the colorshot black to paint what was once a terracotta color black. It layered onto the metal nicely and dried to a satiny-matte sheen. It transformed the piece and I spent a fraction of the cost revamping instead of replacing.

Color is pretty and I mixed it with white paint to get different shades. Used this for turning a metal tin into a decorative utensil holder.

Great color. Needed a few coats but looked great for my project - I painted a soda cracker container for a kitchen utensil holder!

I used the Colorshot paint in the color Scuba to paint the wood shim star I made. The paint covered the bare wood without being primed first, but I did apply a second coat due to any missed areas. This product was very easy to use and applied nicely using a foam brush. The color of this paint is very rich and deep. I absolutely love this paint and definitely recommend this product.

I Love the bottle style container! Colorshot's Scuba Marine Blue comes in a polystyrene container that is as unique as it is functional. As opposed to acrylic paint that is contained in tubes, Colorshot's bottle design allows for the paint to be more fluid and shake-able. Flip the top up and squirt the paint onto your palette. Take the top off and the smallish bottle aperture prevents evaporation but still allows for easy brush access. I was able to use the paint straight out of the bottle instead of having to premix it with water. For my project, the viscosity of this paint made it easy to edge the existing art and dried to a cool, antiqued finish. For other applications, it might require another coat to achieve 100% opacity. Finally, brushes and boo-boos are easily cleaned with tap water.

This was a really nice product, I’m sure it was my eyes or the lighting, but it looked more pink to me than speeding ticket red. I’m looking at the pics I’ve included and it looks red like it does in the bottle, so I’m sure it’s something on my end. I love that I can dilute with water & have the wood grain show through or just add another drop & it thickens right up & covers everything to a bright solid color. It went on very nicely & evenly. I used on a block of wood to try it out & did different comparisons with just 1 drop on each. As you can see from my pics below that the more you add, the darker & richer the paint color gets. It looked fantastic when dried too. It never lost its rich color. Also my brush was easy to clean with just water. I’ll definitely be using this product again with my future projects!

I painted my canvas flags and part of my wooden shim star using Colorshot acrylic paint marker in the color Speeding Ticket. The color is perfect for both my Americana themed projects. 2 coats of paint were applied to the canvas flags and covered the original peachy/pink color nicely. I beiieve a second coat of the paint should also be sufficient for the wooden star. This product is so easy to use and comes with great instructions. A definite plus was the quick soap and water cleanup of my foam brush. I enjoyed using this product and I highly recommend it.
