I didn't notice, it's in the car now. For that price point, I'm sure its a sticker. In fact, I don't remember seeing a logo on mine at all.

The handle my hammer came with has Stanley logo on one side and the description on the other---both are just stickers. I would guess if you took the stickers off, the handle would be blank.
