One of the product images says 'easily change sander sheets with hook and loop pad' while the product snapshot section says that it does not use the hook and loop system. So does that mean this is a PSA sander that can also accommodate a H&L pad?
The DEWALT DWE6423 sander uses a hook and loop pad for sanding discs and does NOT accommodate PSA pads. It is designed specifically for 5" discs with an 8-hole dust extraction pattern using the hook and loop attachment system.
Will any ridgid vacuum hoses connect to this without purchasing an adapter?
We have not tested the Rigid brand with the DEWALT DWE6423.
Does the head of the sander, where sandpaper attaches, actually turn up to 12000 rpm's like it says on website under details?
