in order for you to confirm if you need an underlayment you will need to run a moisture test first and then based on the reading you will need to see if the underlayment is necessary. the only recommended underlayment would be a 6mm poly plastics vapor barrier.
Is the Silkstone more brown or gray tones?
Silkstone #327 silkstone has more of a light gray tones
can I use this under a washing machine?
we do not recommend our materials to be installed under heavy furniture unless the weight is properly distributed.
do these tiles have a shiny look?
The GlueCore #323 unfortunately does not have a shiny finish, the tiles have a matte finish
Can these tiles be grouted with epoxy grout?
For our GlueCore Moonrock materials, you cannot grout this material as it restricts the expansion and contraction room the material needs once installed.

Can I install this in my bathroom floor? Over new plywood ?
Yes, the Whitestone tiles can be used in a bathroom. You will need to make sure to secure the tiles to a new piece of interior grade plywood that is a quarter inch thick
Would the tile hold up in a garage setting with a floor jack and jack standss
No, this product is not intended or able to withstand this type of application.
