Nice, soft rug with a beautiful pattern
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is softer than I expected, and is very plush with a 5/8" rug pad under it. It is a nice addition to our bedroom, at the end of our bed. We recommend!

Thicker and more plush than I expected and it really dresses up the entry foyer. Color does vary as if it has faded from one side being in the sun more than the other. This gives it an authentic aged look. Colors include cream, beige, gray and charcoal. This combination of neutrals will work with most paint and floor colors and finishes. Riley approves of the paw feel.

Meh
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug was a little thinner than I was expecting. There was a lot more variation in the pattern and colors as well- one side is drastically darker than the other . The rug also came folded up in a box and a week later I’m still trying to get the creases out of it. Honestly disappointed in the quality for the price.

The rug is absolutely beautiful. The soft , neutral colors of the tans and grays blend seamlessly with my decor. The rug is so soft and is comfortable to sit or lay on. I would recommend a rug pad. The rug feels so plush under my feet .To my delight the rug arrived a couple days sooner than expected and was packaged well. I would highly recommend this rug as I am very impressed with it’s quality and beauty for the price I paid.

Varying pile lengths and textures
The rug has a one side that leans darker and one side that leans lighter, it’s subtle in the product pictures but quite noticeable in person.
I can maybe work around that with furniture placement but what is worse about the rug is the dark parts, almost black, are a different texture than the rest of the rug and it’s very noticeable in person. I’m torn on packing up and returning a 9x12 rug, I may try to sell locally to recoup some of the expense and try again with a different rug. Bummer because I like the lighter colors, just wish it was more consistent.

Color not as it appears. $20.46 to refund purchase.
The color is actually and cream color, not the beige as pictured. I purchased another rug which arrived today and is exactly what I wanted. Meanwhile, there is a $20.46 fee to return the original rug. As such this will be my last purchase with this company.
