I have been trying for an hour to get this top piece off so I can switch out the frosted panels for clear panels. I loosened the tabs inside, but the top piece appears welded on, so I don't know how its supposed to come off. It is not budging.
Hi Mara. Thank you for shopping at The Home Depot. This is supposed to be an easy fix since it comes with additional glass pieces to be able to swap out the glass. If you have not had this for more than a year, return it. You are supposed to be able to change the glass out. If you have not had this for more than a year, return it. How do you swap out the glass panels?
