Can FabCore Antique Deco be installed over OCR without underlayment? What type of adhesive do you recommend?
For our FabCore collection, no underlayment is needed or required unless there is an existing moisture issue present on the subfloor at the time of installation. When installing over OSB, we do NOT advise adhering the glue and product directly to the materials themselves as the OSB is not all made up of 1 specific material, which can cause some areas to adhere well with the adhesive, and some areas to not adhere at all. What we do recommend is installing a ¼ inch of new, interior grade plywood to be secured to the OSB, and then you can safely adhere the adhesive to the secured plywood and adhere the materials on top. The adhesive we recommend is a pressure, sensitive adhesive that is suitable for luxury vinyl planks (LVP) and luxury vinyl tiles (LVT).

Hello, Unfortunately, these are not self-adhesive. You will need to use a pressure-sensitive adhesive for luxury vinyl tile or plank. Thank you! Lucida USA
