This is a good rug for outdoors. In my opinion, the texture is too firm to be comfortable to bare feet, so I would not suggest it for inside the home. But, it’s perfect for the campsite and outside the motorhome or on the patio. Hoses off easily. Would be good for near the grill too. It leveled out after laying flat for 48 hours. Will be enjoying my Beverly Waikiki rug this spring and summer. Too much snow on the ground for use now but as you can see from my pictures, this is a nice patio or deck rug to compliment your outdoor use. In my pictures, you can see the backing with doesn't support non-slip on wood flooring unless you add the gripper backing. Since it is made from polypropylene, it should last a long time and won't hold water. Has a nice smooth texture where you won't feel slippery when wet, yet not too much pile where you would trip. A great rug from a small family owned business.

The colors of this rug are what attracted me to it. They are fairly neutral with just a punch of color so it can be used about anywhere in the house. Right now, I have it set up in my entry way but am looking at other rooms as well. If I leave it in my entry way, I will need to purchase a rug pad to put under it because it is not that heavy and it slips around on the hardwood. When the rug arrived, it was tightly wound but well protected by heavy plastic. After I unrolled it, it was curled on one of the ends but that went away after I put some books on it to hold it down. There was kind of a slight chemical smell but that also quickly dissipated once the rug was exposed to the heat and smells in the interior of my house. The rug is well made using quality material and the stitching on the edges is nice and thick. I think the rug will hold up well inside the house, which is where I plan to use it. Not sure how it will do outside in the elements, though. Although the manufacturer recommends professional cleaning, I think the occasional vacuuming and spot cleaning should keep it in good shape.

i needed a large rug to place on my back porch. I wanted an outdoor type. The Waikiki Dark Grey/White stripes look nice on my concrete porch. The rug came rolled up pretty tight and I had concerns that it might not lay flat. I simply followed the instructions and reverse rolled it and it lays flat perfectly. The stitching around the perimeter looks robust. Highly recommended.

My review for the Waikki beige indoor/outdoor carpet. This carpet gives my screen gazebo a warm welcoming feeling. It is sturdy for sure. Love the way it is tightly binded along the edges. It seems almost like a straw yet barefoot still comfortable. The different beige and tan shades allows it to fit in with any decor. Love the way it contrasts with the different decor also! Oh yes and the size is a true 4x6.

This Beverly rug is for indoor/outdoor use. It doesn't come with a backing, so you may want to consider adding some type of rug pad underneath. We’re using it on a concrete basement floor (see photo) without any type of pad and it's working out fine. The rug came really tightly rolled. I used a box cutter to remove the clear plastic wrapping - you'll want to be careful doing this. The wrapping is thick and care is needed to cut the wrapping away without damaging the rug itself. Scissors might be a better choice, but I had a box cutter at hand so I used that. Once unwrapped the rug had considerable curl left in it. The manufacturer recommends reverse rolling the rug to help diminish the curl. I did that, then deployed the rug flat and put weighted objects on all four corners to prevent the edges from curling under. After about four hours I was able to put the rug where I wanted it (see photo) without any evidence of it wanting to curl back up. Fit and finish is excellent - no loose seams, edges, loose threads, etc. My niece is using it under her art table (again, on a bare cement floor) and says she's very pleased with the rug. Even without a backing pad it offers support to keep her roll-around office chair from skittering all over the basement. It's also adding a bit of warmth and color to her work area. Overall, it's working as advertised, it's attractive, and it solves a problem for us - can't ask much more than that. My niece says to give it full marks and I've learned never to argue.

This is a nice soft texture rug with beautiful slim stripes into the material. It is made from 100% polypropylene and made up of blue and white stripes. It is made by Beverly Rugs and this particular rug is called Waikiki. It lays down really flat so no tripping and I placed this rug into a high traffic area in my laundry room and side door entrance. I have had many comments on it since I received this rug that it suits my room. It is a 4 feet by 6 feet so it is not too large and perfect for even outdoors like under your tables. You can hand wash this rug if you get spots on it with warm water and soap.
