I had these installed and they are connected to my wifi and I can control them and change colors but for some reason they do not get bright. Does anyone know how to fix that? I have 3 going down a hallway and they just put out nightlight brightness.
Thank you for your question! Please note Halo fixture model #RL56069WZRGBWWHR produces 689 lumens @ 2700K. If you click on the light fixture in a room, you will get control menu, please try increasing the brightness or changing it to a brighter scene. If the fixture is still dim either fixture is not receiving enough power due to a dimmer (Do not use this fixture on a dimmer switch) / low voltage, or the fixture LEDs might have burned out. Please troubleshoot accordingly or call tech support @ 800-553-3879.
I have these installed for my outdoor lights under one room. I have two automation programs scheduled for every other day (Christmas and a custom). Unfortunately, the Wiz app will only run whatever was used last. How can I fix this?
Thank you for your question! Please note that 'Power Switch' setting of the light fixture might be on 'Last Status' mode. Long press on the fixture > go to settings > in Power Switch option, select 'WiZclick'. Please call tech support @ 1-800-553-3879, if this doesn't fix the issue.
Can you pick different colors on one circuit. Example 3 light one switch can you pick different colors like 2 green and 1 red?

Could I use these directly above a shower? I see wet location is listed.

I have 3 lighting circuits on one floor, kitchen, living & dining circuits (switch). Can all 3 be controlled independently with red in the kitchen, blue in the living room and white in the dining room?
Yes, you need to create 3 Rooms in your Home on the WiZ app. Then add the lights to respective rooms. Then go to Settings>Lights>Click on Lights and select the 'Last Status' option for Power Switch for all of them. Now go to the respective room and select the color for that room - red in the kitchen, blue in the living room and white in the dining room. Now going forward, if you turn off the lights using switch and turn them back on, they will turn on with last mode/color you had selected for that light/room. Please note, switch can only be used to turn the fixtures on and off, colors and dimming levels need to be changed using the WiZ app only. No physical dimmers are allowed.
Do I need a light switch or can I turn them on and off with my phone?
The RL56069WZRGBWWHR fixture work with both standard ON / OFF switch, and Mobile App (Wiz V2). You will need to Connect the fixtures to a standard switch for initial pairing of the fixture with the mobile app. Refer to the below link for more details. https://www.wizconnected.com/en-in/support
