Prestige Regal Collection 24 in. Wall Mounted Double Towel Bar in Satin Nickel

The bar arrived nicely packaged and undamaged, however when we tried to install it we found the brackets the manufacturer included wouldn't work. They don't fit. The price is excellent but you get what you pay for - an un-usuable item. We're going to return it and hope we can find something to match the toilet paper holder which was easily installed since it came with the correct brackets. Won't buy from this manufacturer again and suggest no one else does.

The lower bar is a little loose, will see if it becomes an issue.

I could easily give this 5 stars, but this (like all this stuff) gives you the junkiest wall hanging hardware. All they need do is provide us with a decent plastic insert that is appropriately sized. The stuff included is too small to be effective over time

The item arrived in a badly damaged box and while it appeared to be ok, upon installation it was found to have been bent a bit. The rack is very nice otherwise but the bend cannot be removed at home without further damage. Better shipping container is needed.
