Questions & Answers
I received 4 of these stools on 2nd June and have just opened and tried to assemble. It is supposed to be able to swivel, yet the swivel plate does not turn - it appears to be fixed (I have only opened two of them as yet and both the same issue). Is there a knack to moving the swivel plates as it is not in the instructions?
Good morning, Yes, the swivel needs to be adtivated before installation. It is recommended to put teh swivel on the floor and with the weight of one foot, rotate the top part of the swivel. Although all products are inspected at the factory, the base may have been crooked during its shipping and handling, even though the box has no visible damage. If your product is not level, take it by of the one longer legs and hit strongly the opposite leg on a piece of wood, as explained in the assembly instruction.
