How do you get over spray of this product off of a metal roof?

Can this paint be used on PVC shutters? We are using a paint color that has a LRV of 22 and the shutter worksheets says if LRV is lower than 54 the paint must be approved to use on PVC or it will void the warranty. (It could cause the shutters to warp)
