Can you use a paint sprayer on brick
        ByMay 10, 2025

        Answer This Question

Hi Sande, thanks for the question. You can use an airless sprayer to spray the Elastomeric Masonry, Stucco, & Brick Paint. The sprayer should have a minimum of 2500 psi, and I suggest using a .025"-.029" spray tip. If you have additional questions about your project, please reach out to us directly. Our customer care team is happy to help. -Ronald

Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews

Customers say that Behr Premium Elastomeric Masonry, Stucco, and Brick Paint is a high-quality product known for its excellent coverage and ability to fill hairline cracks effectively. Users appreciate its thick consistency, which allows for easy application with minimal drips, and many report that it performs well in harsh weather conditions, maintaining its color and integrity over time. While some customers noted that it requires two coats for optimal results and that it can be more expensive than regular paints, the durability and long-lasting finish make it a worthwhile investment for exterior surfaces.

Nice thick paint especially for stucco
I bought 3 of the 5 gallon paint to paint the entire outside of my stucco house and storage shed. This paint is thick but it sure goes on nice and fills in hairline cracks. I used the Wagner power roller instead of a sprayer and it worked out well. I’m glad on I got this paint and used the true taupewood color. I recommend this paint highly.

First coat on brushed concrete left some small pin holes. Touched up after it dried. Second coat applied much easier

This paint works excellent! I needed elastomeric paint since I used elastomeric sealant to fill small spaces between the boards on screwed onto the side of our house to cover a squirrel hole. The sealant was black; this white paint worked incredibly well! :D

Decent product. Works well. 4 stars. But - they still list this as FIVE GALLONS. It's not - it's 4.53. Jerks.

The Behr Elastomeric masonry paint is wonderful! Looks and covers beautifully. I used it both in an airless sprayer and brush on the outside brick of my home. I had to spray several times over the brick and touch up with a brush on the mortar to cover it completely but that’s mostly because the brick work on my house was sub par. I love the look of the paint, not quite flat and not glossy either. Time will tell how it lasts. Love it!

One gal covered my whole foundation. Looks great. So much nicer than looking at cement.

                    Absolutely Amazing
I wanted to have my brick painted but was afraid! I mean once it’s on! It’s on! Well…I finally closed my eyes and gave the contractors a thumbs up! I left for work from one house and returned home to an absolutely stunning residence! The paint covered remarkably! I had to purchase another 5 gallon bucket (2nd coat) but it was definitely worth every penny!!!

Great product for coverage. It does need stirred/often while using and gets thick on brush or roller. Probably would not be good in a sprayer, we didn’t use one so not sure.
