The BEHR PREMIUM Elastomeric Masonry, Stucco and Brick Paint is an exterior, flexible high-build coating designed to expand and contract, bridging hairline cracks on vertical masonry surfaces. The finish has a limited lifetime guarantee. This extremely durable, mildew and dirt resistant waterproofing finish has superior elasticity and elongation properties, stretching up to 600% to resist cracking and withstands up to 98 mph wind-driven rain. The 100% acrylic latex formula provides a breathable film, releasing moisture that builds in walls. Ideal for us on properly prepared exterior vertical surfaces such as stucco, masonry, concrete, concrete block or brick as well as adjacent wood and metal surfaces.

Hi there, thanks for the question. Our Elastomeric Paint isn't recommended to be used on interior surfaces. It can withstand heat up to 140 degrees. Temperatures higher than that may affect the coating. Have a great day! -Ronald
Hi Astraf, thanks for your question. We do not recommend using our Elastomeric Paint on a floor project, as it's not designed to withstand foot traffic. Instead, it's best to use one of our concrete floor coatings. Have a great day! -Christina

Hi Sande, thanks for the question. You can use an airless sprayer to spray the Elastomeric Masonry, Stucco, & Brick Paint. The sprayer should have a minimum of 2500 psi, and I suggest using a .025"-.029" spray tip. If you have additional questions about your project, please reach out to us directly. Our customer care team is happy to help. -Ronald
