I’m using the i300 deep base on my interior trim. It’s going on clear. Did this need to be tinted white
Hi Budd, thank you for your question. Our i300 deep base needs to be tinted before use, or else it will go on clear. Also, usually, deep bases are for darker colors. A white base should be available that does not need to be tinted and is ready to use (paint desk can assist). I suggest returning the container you bought at Home Depot to get the correct one. Which is a the best to use in a bathroom, eggshell or semi gloss? Or something else. Which will repel water the best?

A satin or semi-gloss finish is typically used for bathrooms. Please note we do not recommend our products for surfaces that will be submerged underwater. like the inside of showers.
