DIB Special Edition Electrical Bidet Seat for Round Toilets in White

I purchased this in January of this year and about a month into using it, i noticed a small hairline crack but i didnt think mich of it as it was only aesthetic issue. Just this week the crack eventually fracture the seat. I emailed for warranty claim but so far nothing. Im patiently awaiting there response to this issue

We bought our DIB 850 bidet through Home Depot, great price! Amazed! Dan't believe we didn't buy one earlier. We'll never go back to regular toilet seats! We rave about it to friends and family, we just bought another one for our guest bathroom.... Are we trying to convert non bidet-ers to bidet-ers... maybe. :) Our DIB 850 has been easy to clean. It lights our way at night, warms the seat and water, has many settings. We love it and may start giving them to family as gift.

The product was shipped with wrong instructions, but once that was figured out, everything went together in minutes. Easy to use, works well. When i contacted the company with questions regarding the instructions, I got a fast response with correct info. Turns out they were changing the connectors and I got box with new connectors but the old instructions. No biggie. Been using for several weeks now and family is happy with it. Remote is a little tricky to get used to, but after a few uses it is not a problem, just keep instructions nearby until you remember what the different buttons do. We are happy with it, and are considering getting some for the rest or our toilets. But the price will probably make that a longer term goal. Only real issue is price. It's not cheap. But the heated seat and warm water were important features and the company has a great reputation and is rated highly by consumer groups. So far very happy with purchase, definitely recommend.

Have had the seat installed for about 3 weeks now and I am loving it. Didn't trust things for the first week, so continued using toilet paper, but now I'm confident I'm clean and have discontinued TP all together. Love the functionality, and the wide variety of options. Heated seat is nice, but I've since turned it off, will revisit the option in the winter. Remote control is almost a must when shopping for a bidet seat, I'm not sure I would be happy without that option. This seat definitely gets the job done. Minor things that I am not in love with on this seat: The initial burst of water from the biobidet is room temperature. It can be a shock. Water quickly warms though and stays warm through the duration of cleaning. I am not a fan of the blue light. There is an option to turn off and I may do that eventually. It's just really bright and not flattering and draws attention to the toilet in a bathroom. I'd like to see more available adjustment to the intensity and color. And I've yet to notice and difference the carbon filter fan makes. So that feature is nice, but not necessary. Other than these minor things I'm highly satisfied and would highly recommend this product.

The Biobidet has been a lifesaver in these days when toilet paper is nearly impossible to find. It's function is surprisingly comfortable.

Nice product, works great and looks great. Would have given it 5 stars except the installation instructions were misleading in terms of the placement of the T fitting (it attaches to the tank, not the supply valve).

A good bidet seat. Easy installation for DIY. Make sure you have a receptacle within 3’ from the toilet. The shape of the seat makes sitting very comfortable. The blue light make the water look blue which is very cool. The cleaning and drying functions are adequate. The remote control keeps the controls away which is a great idea specially if you have boys using the toilet. Overall a great purchase.

We ordered the seat on line and had it delivered to the Home Depot store. We received an email the seat was available for pick-up. It was received in good shape in a heavy double corrugated cardboard box. The bidet seat came with fairly east to follow instructions. However, they showed the T connection (The instructions call it a valve. It is a fitting with no valve.) being installed on the water shutoff valve on the wall under the toilet. My valve has a 3/8" nut fitting with stainless steel reinforcement hose going to the toilet tank. They show a 3/8" nut (labeled "Spare nut 3/8") and a rubber washer as optional in the parts list. The nut was not in the package. After a trip to Home Depot to purchase the missing fitting, none was found. Next we watched several You Tube video's on installing bidet seats and one showed the T connection being installed on the bottom of the toilet tank. That worked and the rest of the install was simple. There were no leaks. The spare nut was not needed. Finally, nothing to do with the seat, but our water shutoff valve leaked and the water had to be shut off at the water meter out in the yard, causing most of the frustration with the install. We love the seat. We have had it about a month. It is heated and not cold when you sit down. The seat temperature is adjustable and very comfortable. There are four main selections for using the seat. First, posterior washing, water is heated (adjustable) and along with the heated air (also adjustable) dries your bottom pretty well. It really cuts down on the toilet paper required. The second selection is the female washing selection with the same controls as the posterior washing. Next selection is the vortex wash is a soft but powerful wash for added cleaning and the final selection is the air dry, it blows temperature adjustable air for drying. There is a button to push for a child to use the seat. It readjusts the four main selectins for a child. The unit also has personalized selection so if you like a different temperatures or spray wand position than the rest of the family, you set it and it will remember your settings. There also is a blue night light under the seat.

This is a 2 year review. All the features are great. The problem I'm having after two years is build quality. First, the seat hinge broke on the left side and there is no way to fix it The hinge broke when I was lifting the seat and I heard a snap. Now we pretty much have to leave the seat down other ways it will swing out of position, and your can't move around too much while seated otherwise it we'll move on you. Now the seat cover hinge broke and no longer has soft close.
