Carolyn, Please consider the Denver 12ft. x 16ft. model. This does not have a loft. However neither model is 14ft. high. Interior height to bottom of truss gussets is approximately 11ft. Richard Best Barns

If we need to shorten the depth by two feet and have it 10x20 is that possible?
Alex, You cannot alter the 12ft. width as this will require a significant change to the truss design. You may wish to consider the Best Barns model Woodville 10ft. x 16ft.
