Yes, but how big are the cracks. You might have a serious issue causing the cracks. I would patch the cracks with drywall bond before throwing wallpaper on top of cracks.

No chemical smell from paper, only paste you had to use had a smell but not unpleasant.

Hello, Once you obtain your total square footage you will than divide that by the coverage of the roll. Please note due to pattern repeat you may want to add a little extra to the final rolls needed, Thank You
I would buy 5 because you have to match it.
3 rolls will cover it with enough left over to match patterns. We added wood trim to ours to create a dramatic look in a classroom.
If it is removable how hard is it to remove. I am not understa ding how having to use paste you can easily remove it.
I haven’t removed mine but a water and fabric softener mixture is how I remove wallpaper. Using a sponge, apply the mix liberally to the wallpaper surface. You are then able to peel it off within about 3 mins of soaking. Hope this helps.

paste is not as easy to remove, you can buy something to help remove it. I've hung wallpaper for years.
Warm water and fabric softer wet it good let it set about 10 -15 min it should just pull off
