I have molding at the bottom of the wall. What measurement size do I take to determine whether I need a header board to clear the molding? If I do need a header board then is there one Home Depot sell with this barn door?

I need the handle on the left side of the door. Is this the way the door is set up

Can the track for this door be modified? It states that the track is 6.6' long for a 24" door. Is this correct? I would be using a larger door than 24" if I had the space, but do not. The 6.6' track seems excessive for the small door. Is it able to be shortened and still function?
I needed to shorten the bar to fit the bathroom door, it's do-able just so long as those bolt holes line up with studs. Also, you'll need to go a little bigger if the actual door size is 24"- I ended up adding some 1 -1/2" trim to each side. Best of luck.
