I couldn’t be happier with my experience with the purchase. The barn doors are absolutely stunning — the craftsmanship and quality are truly top-notch. They’re sturdy, strong, and built to last. What really impressed me even more was the customer service. When a few parts were missing from the initial delivery, the team went above and beyond to make it right quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a company that cares so much about both their products and their customers.

The quality and finish of the door exceeded my expectations! However, there is a lot of work to do to build the door and hang it, and the instructions were just about useless. There was so much I had to figure out on my own. Several times, I had to remove and reinstall things because of this. I had to laugh at one point because the instructions state to take a chainsaw and cut a groove in the bottom of the door for the door guide. Don't worry, if you want to use the door guide, this is already precut. Why any manufacturer would expect even a handyman, much less a homeowner to cut a groove with a chainsaw is ludicrous. And then the fact that it states that, and the groove was precut, those instructions were just terrible! Trying to figure out the rails and rollers was crazy. They include all sorts of extra hardware for various adjustments, but do not even mention it or what to do with it.

Boards severely warped. Took hours to assemble. Required multiple ratchet straps and vises. And the instructions are garbage.

The unfinished barn door is made of 100% natural knotty pine wood, allowing you to customize it to perfectly match your home decor. The door arrived pre-cut and pre-drilled, and all wood panels were mitered for a snug fit, making assembly straightforward. However, I found the instructions to be lacking, so some people might struggle with the assembly. The sliding tracks are well-processed and connect tightly, ensuring a silent, smooth, and steady operation. This barn door is an excellent space-saving solution compared to traditional swing doors and adds a unique characteristic to any room. The box includes an unassembled barn door, a 6.6 ft. sliding hardware kit, and all necessary screws for installation. It is fairly heavy, so I suggest having someone strong to bring it in the house upon delivery, but if you love the idea of personalizing your home decor, this barn door is an excellent choice!

I ordered these doors and when the package arrived a couple of planks were cracked; called the company that manufactures the doors at sequoia coast and was immediately helped to fix the problem. I was able to get the replacements within a week and I’m happy with the purchase and the customer service! Would highly recommend Picture doesn’t have handles yet but they’re still nice looking doors

Pretty easy to install. And you can put the handle on either side. And out the boards in different arrangements before drilling them together

Did not send the correct track for the door

Wood is very warped and it is a struggle to keep it in line even with the floor guides.

So Pros: The price is great. The wood panels actually look great. These are not super well finished, more of a rustic look. Cons: Missing parts. Several of the screws needed to put the door together were missing. Instructions: These consist of a series of pictures with explanations so vague you are going to have serious trouble unless you're experienced at home improvement.
