will these doors seal up 100% when closed? I would like to install an AC unit in the garage to use it as a shop.
Mike, no these doors will not seal up 100%. Due to the door needing to move up and down, there is a gap around the door that is generally covered by the exterior weatherseal which is a separate item from the door. Where do I find plastic window grills for arch window design

Can these be ordered without the hinge-look hardware on the bottom? I would prefer to add strap hinges on the sides of all 4 faux carriage doors. Seems strange to have two that look like they are holding the carriage door closed.
