45-Watt Equivalent E26 5 in. Motion Sensing Closet Utility Light Switch Controlled LED Light Bulb 4000K 650-Lumens

This 5 inch motion sensor light is small enough for any space, but lights a space well. Does not have to be completely dark for sensor to work so you can put this anywhere you just want lighted when you have motion. It comes with bolts rather than screws so if you want to mount directly onto a wooden surface you will need your own screws. The switch that says dsiable, 1 min, 5 min is really an always on or a timed on. The only way to not have it automatically turn on is to remove it from power. I wired the light to an extension cord so that I could unplug when I did not want the light to go on.

I used this in a spare bedroom closet to replace an older light that stopped working. Make sure to cut power/cut the breaker off to the room. I ended up throwing the old light assembly away since it was no good. I was able to put this new light fixture in fairly easily. The provided holes were too big, but then I noticed 2 more holes inside of the holes already there so I could mount where the old light fixture was. Sometimes I forget to turn a light off, so the motion sensor feature is nice. This is definitely an upgrade to what’s was there, and I plan to buy more for other closets in the house.

This is a great little light. It is the perfect light for a utility area or a closet. It has a motion sensor and an option for it to auto shut off after 1 min or 5 min. I installed it in a closet that we use a lot, but the light always gets left on. It was easy to install... just 3 wires. We replaced one of those cheap ceramic lights with a bare lightbulb. This one fit in nicely and now the light shuts off when we are not in the closet. Fixture is plastic and light weight. Led is built into it. Cool 4000k light. It is not the brightest light, but works ok for a closet. I am thinking of using this down in our basement where we have low ceilings and need light around our HVAC and water heater. Would be perfect in those places where you have a pull string to turn a closet light off and on. I've also thought of this in my attic around the attic stairs. I would not recommend for a tight closet. The light needs to be able to see you move... so if the space is too small, the walls/door/boxes/etc can block the sensor from turning on. I would also not use this in an area where you do a lot of work, or in a big room because of the lower lumens. Not a fault of the light... it is clearly marked how bright it is on the box. Just sharing my thoughts on how it could best be used.

This light is super bright .. very good motion sensor . Super easy to install took me about 2 minutes … perfect for a basement application . I will definetly order more to finish the rest of the laundry area .. I installed it directly above my dryer and it’s perfect since I don’t have light switches in my basement ! This light is a must have . I am also going to install a few in my garage !

No more pull chain! It's almost amazing that a fixture this small can put out such bright light. It is the cold/cool white color which seems to make it brighter. I wish the sensitivity was adjustable. Our path through the laundry room is turning it on when we're on the other side of the room. It's extremely light weight which make the installation much easier. It's about 1/4 the weight of the pull chain fixture it replaced. Can't say much for the appearance as it is very utilitarian. If you're looking for a a lightweight weight, bright and very sensitive with an easy installation. This one's for you.

I got this light because I wanted motion sensing in my master closet but couldn't put a sensor at the light switch due to ties and belts in the way. I had gotten tired long ago of constantly moving belts out of the way to turn on the light, and the old light I had wasn't able to have a sensor added to it. What I like about this light is that there are 3 settings on the switch to the left of the sensor - off, motion-activated, and always on (controlled by the light switch). It's accurate - it comes on when I get about two feet from the closet door. It stays on as long as motion is sensed in the closet and I'm walking around. There's a preset timer only - I can't manually set how long I want it on, but I've walked in, grabbed what I needed, walked out, and upon entering the bedroom a minute or so later, it was still on. 5 minutes later when I walked in, it had turned off, so I'm guessing it stays on for 2-3 minutes once it no longer senses movement? I wish is was a big brighter with higher lumens. Works good for my closet but it's a nice-sized closet with built-ins, and the light is more on the yellowish hue as opposed to the bright or daylight look I'm now used to. It came on when I walked into the bedroom and got to close to the 'zone' of sensing. It's easy to install. Kill power to switch, remove old light, wire in new sensing light, use the provided machine screws to screw into the recessed fixture, and attach the light, tighten the screws, and you're done. Overall I like this light but wish it were a bit brighter and bigger, but it does the job it was intended for - eliminate me having to turn on the light switch a dozen times a day. I think it'll work great in smaller utility/laundry rooms rather than a full-size walk-in closet.

The light fixture with motion sensor works as depicted. It was very easy to install, simply by following the directions provided with the product. I cut power to the old fixture and removed it. The new fixture installs in the same way and fits the standard screw pattern. The fixture comes with screws and new wire nuts. From installation start to finish, it took 10 minutes and most of that was walking to the fuse panel, figuring out which circuit breaker covered the pantry. The motion sensor can be set to off, one or five minutes. Since I always managed to leave the light on over night, this product will save money in the long run. Very pleased!

I love the built in motion sensor of this energy efficient light fixture. I replaced my old pull cord fixture which uses standard bulbs with this 5-inch LED utility light. It uses 7-watts of electricity. Very bright 650 lumens and 4000 Kelvin color. its CRI is 80 so everything looks pretty normal. I set it in my garage so I don't have to fumble looking for the light switch. Its great as it turns itself off via a setting on a dip swith on the side of the light. Cheaper than the combined options.

Light is easy to install on existing octagonal ceiling box. Best if power is hot all the time. I would prefer this for a closet, garage or basement since the fastening screws show through on the base. As described in the instruction sheet, the light sensor has a 7-13 foot range at a 90 degree angle down. It seems to work as expected. When set on one minute, it stays lit for a minute.

This disinfector kills 99.99% of COVID-19 if one is present in the air. It does not have an integrated LED, but it allows mounting an optional light attachment or any other standard lamps. Basically, it goes between the ceiling and the existing flush mounted lights. It can be connected to the same wiring sharing the same switch of an existing ceiling lamp. First mode is engaged after turning lights as usual. The second mode is activated by turning on/off/on within 3 seconds. So with a single switch shared between the unit and the lights it is impossible to have lights without the disinfectant running. To achieve the latter, a second switch would be required to allow control of the unit and the lamp separately. The unit needs filters to be cleaned once or twice a year. The filter grids are easy to open and close, no issues there. Overall, it is a good device.
