There is only one size. Read the instructions carefully and make careful assumptions about how it will fit; many dimensions you may want are not on the documentation. You can stack them up if you need to make them taller.
Yes I would at least drill into the top holes and caulk / silicone the frame to the wall. This is what I did instead of adding fasteners to the other lower holes.
No, at this time we only have the one size. It does come in 4 different colors.
Everything seen in the picture is included. It's the vent unit (gray ribbed section) which gets mounted to the outside of a crawl space air vent and may need to be partially buried. The gray half disc that can be set to the appropriate level in the internal ribbing of the vent unit. The center hole in the half disc acts as a drain should water get into it. Hardware includes 2 mounting screws with anchors and screws for the brown grated decorative lid which is also included.
yes we did
You have to mount them to the foundation, but once screwed on they are rigid and work great for concrete.
It should be strong enough that would look good
Yes, pour right up to them. These are shaped as a half circle and butt up to your foundation wall, where your crawl space vents are located. We used them so we could pour concrete patio’s and porches around our home and allow our crawl space vents air flow and function properly. They look and function great.
Yes, you can stack two units together when using a complete unit and a vent body extension unit.
