Why do the handles turn all the way around? And one does not tighten?
Hi Kevin, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The Arvo® Widespread Bathroom Faucet Model#: 35840LF handles have an insert that connects to the 1/4 turn stop on the stem. If the end valves are not high enough in the counter the handle insert and the stop will not connect and cause the handles to rotate incorrectly. For proper handle rotation the stems must be installed correctly. The stops must point to the center of the faucet for proper handle rotation. Be sure the handle with the "H" mark is to be installed onto the left and the handle with the "C" mark onto the right. Align the groove of handle to the lug of gasket. Please refer to page 4 of the maintenance and installation guide for more details. Will the Arvo fit on a 1.5 inch thick granite countertop? On the specifications it states only deck height.
