Will this hold mega rolls?
Hi Harveyhalfpint, Regarding the Delta Pivotal Pivoting Toilet Paper Holder in Black Stainless, the height from the bottom of the toilet paper hook to the top shelf is 3 1/2" making a diameter of 6.5"(taking into consideration the hook height), and the width from the back of the wall to the end of the hook is 6 15/16". A Mega roll of 5.375" in diameter will fit. We appreciate your interest in Home Depot.

All toilet paper rolls are about the same diameter on the outside, i can't confirm 100%, but i assume that yes it should hold it no problem
