Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Our T4759-FL uses the RP46074 cartridge assembly. This cartridge has a rotational limit stop as some residences have their water temperature higher or lower than others, It will need to be adjusted if you would like more hot water. To adjust your 1400 series temperature for hotter water, please follow the instructions below. You shouldn't need to shut your water off but keep in mind it is still possible for the water to turn on if the stem is rotated. Please gather 1/8" allen wrench for a lever handle and a philips screwdriver for a knob handle. 1. Remove your handle with your 1/8" allen wrench. The set screw should be under the lever of the handle. If you have a knob, please remove the cap on the tip of the handle. You will need a philips head screwdriver to remove the screw. 2. Pull the sleeve assembly off of the valve. This is the cylindrical part behind your handle that hides the valve body. 3. You will see a brass stem and a plastic white piece on the tip of the cartridge. The white piece has notches on it to grip it easier. 4. Please pull the white piece towards you and rotate counter-clockwise for hotter water. *Please note there is a limit of how far this will rotate, if you rotate to the hottest setting it will be the same temperature as your water heater. This is not recommended as it can cause scalding. Please also note that each notch you rotate to can range anywhere between 4 and 16 degrees Fahrenheit.* We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Communications Specialist

HI, Jp! Thank you for your question. The T4759-RBFL with R4700-FL or R4700-FLWS can be installed on a concrete slab. Here is the link to the instruction manual for this: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/74821%20Rev%20D.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna
Hi, CheezWhizSmile! Thank you for your question., and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. Unfortunately, there is not a flow restrictor you can remove to get more flow. If you are experiencing low flow, we recommend to flush the valve body to make sure no debris is causing the flow issue. To flush, first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Remove the handle assembly, unscrew the bonnet ring and remove the cartridge assembly and all seals. Rinse and clean the cartridge out thoroughly. Turn both the hot and cold water back on for 10 to 15 seconds to flush out the valve body. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall all of the components. Make sure that there is no debris on the cartridge assembly and seals. If this does not fix the low flow, we recommend to replace the valve cartridge assembly, RP46074. Best Regards, Rosanna
The flow rate is 2 GPM and 6 to 9 GPM.
Yes. Delta rates the spout as "up to 10 gpm at 60 psi, and the handheld at 1.75 gpm. BUT my testing showed the spout to be much lower: 2 1/4 gpm for hot water, 3.9 gpm for lukewarm water. And that is at 80 psi house pressure.
Water delivery flow is dependant on pipe size and pressures. There is a flow chart in the instructions. Of course the hand shower has restricted flow (2gpm)compared to the main filler. Due to the type of tub filled the flow is more than double that of standard tub faucets.
Delta's product spec sheet says "Spout flow up to 10 gpm @ 60 psi". BUT my testing showed 3.9 gpm for lukewarm water with house pressure of 80 psi, but only 2.2 gpm for max hot water. While it is possible that house plumbing may contribute some constriction, we don't have flow problems anywhere else, and there are a number of posted reviews that complain about slow flow.
This model has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm.
Dear Reasonableperson, Thank you for your inquiry! The T4759-SSFL floor mount tub filler has a flow rate of 6.0 gallons per minute at 60 PSI. The hand shower is 2 GPM. Best regards, Tanya
