Can these doors be painted?
Hello, the white door is already painted and finished. You can get an unfinished door for it to be painted over. We haven't had anyone paint over our doors. You can attempt this; we don't recommend it. I would suggest getting an unfinished door.
Is there a taller door slide/guide bracket that can be purchased other than the 7/8? floor bracket that comes with door?

Can 2 inches be taken off the top and bottom of the door to fit an 80" rough opening?
Would the 3 panels on top be able to be cut out and replaced with glass without damaging the door?

Does the door come with a groove on the bottom for the floor guide? We had a door delivered to home depot and it was missing ALL the hardware so we sent it back and ordered a whole new door. However, we did notice there was no groove on the bottom of the door, as shwon on the instructions, and we're hoping the new door comes with all the hardware and a groove. Please advise.

Hello JO, Thank you for your questions. No. The door handle does not come installed on the door. We leave that to the customer to allow more flexibility on placement of the door handle. Dogberry Collections
The door comes in a single piece with no hardware installed. The door comes with a handle separate. The door hanging hardware is separate as well. You will need to drill holes for all hardware including a groove along the bottom for the door guide mounted to the floor. It would be best to have a router for the groove. To summarize, you get a single piece door with all hardware separate.
Tha handle is not installed and there is only one. If you are using it as a door to a room, you will not have a handle on one side.

As for the handle, most kits that you find usually only come with one handle. We do offer extra handles you can buy from us, just email us and we would be happy to help you. We also do provide two different door guides with our hardware kits that are included. A U guide and a T guide which will keep the door from swinging. If you were needing a roller guide, you would need to purchase that from another supplier. Feel free to email us with any concerns you may have!
