There are four drainage holes once you remove the saucer.
Thank you for inquiring about our poly planter. There should be enough aeration if you leave the tray inserted into the pot.
Drainage works great
This pot is Dynamic Design brand, it does not have a special "Dynamic Design." The drain works like any other pot drain, the excess water runs out the hole.
Tray comes off on the bottom
The water drains into the attached saucer. Be careful not to overfill it as the saucer has limited capacity.
If you remove the saucer, it will create drainage holes on the bottom of the pot.
I've used them for Tomatoes and Peppers. Have had no issues. The roots won't get out as far as the sides in larger pots anyway
Yes at least according to the FDA they are safe.
one would assume so. Not having planted tomatoes. I would suggest you ask the associates who work in the store.
They already have drain holes. There's a bottom that you can pull off. If you're growing something that's sensitive to overwatering just take it off and leave it off.
There are holes in the bottom of the pot. Just make sure they are clear and see my other post about putting a piece of string or a toothpick between the saucer and the pot to ensure it drains. (you can see toothpicks in the photo)
Theres holes on the bottom the bottom piece comes off its a tray
Yes, you can drill drain holes in the bottom.
The bottom comes off. There are a total of 8 holes. If you leave the bottom off it will drain more rapidly
