Like all grills it's pretty easy to clean, but I don't think using high pressure on the actual body would be a good idea and not necessary anyway as it doesn't get very dirty just charred. I use a small cheap cordless drill with a wire brush attachment to clean the grill when it gets caked.
This should not be cleaned with a pressure sprayer as the parts are too delicate and may be damaged. It can be cleaned with water.
Cleaning with water would not be advisable as it is an unfired clay base.. Better to let it cool after use and then use a stiff bristle brush to clean. It will stain with use. The grill of course can be cleaned with soap and water as it is metal. I
Yes, I think you would be ok doing that.
You use regular charcoal and crumbled paper or starter fluid. You can use a charcoal chimney start to light the coals and when the charcoal is glowing hot, pour them into the bottom of the grill. There is a small sliding vent to control the draft on the coals. It is small and works well.
It uses regular charcoal, and some sort of fluid or starter. You light it with a match or lighter, like any ordinary charcoal grill.
I use kingsford match lite and works great
You can use the charcoal briquettes and follow instructions on the bag to ignite.
I use regular charcoal, but I'm not a fan of the ones that have chemical starters in them, so I use a charcoal starter can and that way I put hot coals in the grill which is easier than trying to start them in the grill.
No lid for this item, but many use a large 5+ quart stainless steel bowl upside down as a lid. If you are handy you could put a set of handles on the bowl to make it easier to remove and replace the lid on the grill top. Measure the width of the grill top and measure the width of the stainless steel bowl. Bowl should be just a bit smaller than the grill top to fit inside the rim of the grill top.
Hi, The Yakatori Grill is not coming with a lid. Thank you.
It doesn't come with any type of lid or cover. You certainly could cover it, but be careful, as it stays hot for a long time after use.
No lid or cover
I don't think so. You could just set a plate or something on it when it's cool.
Grills are intended to use outdoors. Thank you.
I wouldn't try it, because of carbon-monoxide, if your hood has a great deal of suction, give it a shot.
Only if you want to DIE ! You could put it next to your gas generator under the same hood.
It's not meant to be used indoors.
I sure wouldn't use in indoors regardless of ventilation or fan. This is a charcoal grill. While creation of carbon monoxide might be minimal, it will still stink up the house and could burn your house down. That'd ruin your whole day.
