Can this be used in a GE panel that accepts THQL circuit breakers? It doesn’t say THQLSURGE or THQLSURGE2 on the panel.
It will work in a panel labeled for THQL breakers.
Is this a one time use , or after it trips it needs to be replaced or those it reset itself ?

It can’t be reset. Once the green light goes out, the surge protector needs to be replaced.
