What are the specs for the screw that keeps the whole thing together? There is ~2.25” length screw, running btw the rose and the TP arm, that prevents the whole thing from wiggling. It’s not in the instructions and I need a replacement. Thx!

What size Allen wrench do I need to tighten the screw that holds the arm of the holder onto the plate? Both of my holders came with this part loose and they hang down slightly. I tried to tighten that screw, but 3/32? is too small and 3mm is too big.

Can the arm be flipped pointing to the left and the set screw on the bottom?
When the arm reaches from the joint out toward you, the set screw position is on the bottom.
This can be pointed to the left but since it’s one piece the set screw will be on the top. It is very small and the paper roll will hide it. Hope this helps.
I have this installed, but by someone else. The holder is now very loose. What size allen wrench do I need to tighten it up?
i used the one that came with the holder. Unfortunately i don’t know the size however it is very small. Sorry i couldn’t be more helpful
5/64 works for me. This holder has a tendency to loosen up since the screw holding it all up is so very small for the action it has to resist. Good luck!

I had this installed by another person. I don't like it anymore. How can I uninstall it while doing the least amount of damage to my wall?
loosen the small set screw on the bottom using an allen wrench, and the holder will come off. Then remove the screw from the wall and the entire unit will be uninstalled, with just the screw hole in the wall.
I see this product has a lifetime warranty. Mine is pitting and has tiny rust spots and the mounting bracket has bent so that no matter how tight you screw in the set screw, it wobbles on the wall. Who do I contact for replacement?
