its been a while almost 2 1/2 years ago. If I remember correctlty, it use regular light bulbs. I would get a LED at least 60 watts equiv. or 100 watts Save the receipt

Yes. Very easy to change bulbs. Nothing to disassemble. Unless your hands are huge you should have no trouble inserting your hand into the opening in the bottom of light.
