I have water spraying out of the diverter and can't seem to find help anywhere. I installed as instructed. I have tried lots of tape, normal tape, hand tightening, wrench tightening and nothing is working. Suggestions?
I have installed the 3 way diverter and I can't tighten enough that it doesn't move. I have tightened the set screw and it's still slightly loose!?

Hello Spuds, As long as the threads can be screwed on and it makes a secure connection it would work yes. Keep in mind since it is a 3 way diverter you wouldn't want to leave one of the connection points exposed.

How do I tighten the tension on the handheld holder. It is very loose. When the handheld is in the holder it tilts down doesn’t stay upwards

We can not turn the deverter knob. Is was ok when new, but now can no longer turn it by hand. Is there any way of freeing it up?

I would try removing it and put some CLR in all of the openings and let it soak overnight. Once it frees up you could put some lube in the openings (like a silicone spray).
Can the diverter be turned off such that no water is coming out of either outlets?
