My measurements are 46 1/8 smallest 46 1/2 biggest which size should I order?
I just installed one. It needs to be to the smallest size, which by their quarter inch incrementation would be 46". Their sizing is tight. The only detail to resolve off plumb gapping is silicone. Hinge wall should be level having minimal adjustment.

Typically for the 46.5" size model we would send a door (walk through) between 24" - 26" with a fixed or hinged panel (stationary) to suit between 22" to 20". This item is made of plastic and with regular exposure to water and chemicals found in tap water will of course deteriorate and need to be replaced. This will be the case with all other shower companies also. With that being said, the sweeps included with your order are under warranty for 12 months.
