Far as know all flat paints Chalk !! This paint shouldn't chalk because it has reflective finish Satin !!

can this be used on vinyl siding and does it already have the primer in it?
Glidden Premium can be used on vinyl siding. However, it is important to not paint vinyl siding any darker than its original shade. Painting vinyl siding or plastic composites with dark colors may cause them to warp.

this is a water based product. If needed, thin it with water.
We do not recommend thinning Glidden Premium.

Airless Spray: Minimum pressure 2000 psi, tip 0.015” - 0.021”. Spray equipment must be handled with due care and in accordance with manufacturer. Do not thin.
