my window size W15" L64" and I would like the faux wood 2-1/2 blinds could you cut them to fit?

We are unable to cut down the blind any smaller. We would recommend for you to view the custom program under the Veneta brand name for a smaller width.
I have a 58 inch wide window, I wanting to use 2 29inch blinds but I would like 1 wand left side,1 wand right side. Is this a special order? I do not like the appearance of a wand in the middle of the window. Would a 58" wide blind be too heavy?
When ordering online you don't have the ability to specify whether the blinds will be inside or outside mounted. If I am ordering for an outside mount should I add an extra .5 inches since they will automatically be taking off an extra .5 inches?
