                  Great quality product!!!!
I have lived in many regions and had many different types of siding, including brick stucco, vinyl siding. This product is the best product by far. If installed correctly, it is absolutely amazing. I live it in a very cold region. We get a lot of rain and I have 0 issues. Absolutely, incredible product.

                    Stay clear of this product.
This product has been installed on my house for 12 years. Although we expected the boards to fade and need painting, we never expected the amount of warping and cracking that is occurring. One entire side of the house needs to be resided. Hardie's response is that this is not covered by the warranty even though it clearly states that it is. They do not stand behind their product. I know of at least a dozen other homeowners in my development with similar issues.
