Where is this sink made?

Are wall mounts needed if it's being mounted on top of cabinets
No you don't have to use wall mounts. We returned the ones we bought. You will have to "beef up" your cabinet if you want this sink to be sturdy. We did it with 2x4 wood under the sink. This sink is very heavy.

Can the water lines come up from the floor? If the sink is mounted on an exterior wall, especially in northern climates, the water lines need to feed through the floor.
Yes, there's a couple of inches behind the back wall of the sink where you can easily fit water lines. I installed this in our laundry room where the pipes came through the floor, which I suspect is because it's an exterior wall and I'm in a northern climate. I mounted a piece of plywood to the wall (make sure it's cut small enough that it fits within the back of the sink), then I attached my plumbing connections to the plywood. After mounting the sink, I was able to screw in small pieces of pre-cut threaded pipe, then attach the faucet we ordered online.

What’s the difference between product and assembled width? One is larger than the other.
Not sure exactly what you are asking, but width is 30in, and is 17" deep, and is 22" front to back. Hope this helps. The 22inch part in the headline is misleading. I love this sink.
