What size and type of fitting do you need on the end of the water line that connects to the faucet?
The Kohler product expert that answered this question wasn't helpful. The hot and cold are 1/2" MIP. You need a 1/2" FIP connection to the faucet for hot and cold. The other side of these hoses are usually 3/8" FIP to your under-cab hookup.

Will the estucheon plate fit my current 4” spread 2 handle faucet?

I believe the internal workings of this faucet have collected sediment which greatly restricts water flow. I removed the handle but a special tool is needed to access the cartridge/mechanism to clear the debris blockage. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tom
