I tried to used the Sabbath mode: following the manual, I pressed the "+" and back arrow keys for 5 seconds. The letter "S" appears in the screen. Then I pressed "bake" and the timer came on. What if I just want it to stay on for 48 hours straight?
You can only cancel Sabbath mode manually by press "+" and back arrow keys again.
The fan that turns on for convection baking is very quiet, but the cooling fan, which runs the whole time the range or oven is used, is disturbingly loud and somewhat high pitched. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the unit?
The ventilation fan in the upper back of the range is for exhaust heat. So it will continue running until you finish cooking and power off the electric range. It is for safety consideration. Do I understand correctly that this oven can be used as a convection oven or a standard oven?
Yes. You can select Broil Conv., Bake Conv. and Air Fry function to enable its convection feature. If you Select Broil, Bake and the rest functions, you can use it as a standard oven.
If you don’t set the timer does the oven still turn on? Also, if you do use the timer does the oven shut off when the time is up?
Our timer is real timer system. You must set the timer, oven cooking modes, oven temperature so that the oven will turn on. If the time is up the timer will make a sound "Ding" and the oven will also shut off. The real timer system will keep you safe if you forgot to turn off the device when time is up.
It says it's 120 volt installed power cord and everything turns on except for the burners.
