Got 2 washer/dryer combos to make life and laundry quick & easy. Its been a horrible experience from both breaking, flooding my laundry every month (only had 7 months) to the terrible customer service from Home Depot, LG, & technician. I wanted an exchange or refund since the beginning. But they wouldn’t allow until they did their own troubleshooting. The technician - so rude. Said based on owners manual I need to do my own trouble shooting. Refusing to refund or replace even though they never worked and I addressed this after 1 month! I can’t trust to use them bc they keep flooding my room. Fixing it isn’t working & they came 3 times. Do not buy. I had 2, both did the same thing. Will never buy from Home Depot or an LG product.

I bought this all in one a couple of weeks ago. The wash/dry times are very reasonable. Also was worried if garments fully dry, they do. Very different than old times all in one that just used evaporative drying. Highly recommend this item

Terrible terrible terrible machine. I've never had a worse experience than the one I had with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really like this machine, but it's definitely not gonna wash and dry your normal small-ish load of laundry in two hours. They should hurry up and revise that to around 2½-3 hours for a normal load of clothes. It was also kind of stinky rubber smelling for the first dozen or so loads. I read reviews and knew it was going to be slow, and smell weird at first going into it though...and I don't have a dryer plug or vent, so I was willing to accept it...But I would go with the stacked machine, or separate washer and heat pump dryer if I had a dryer plug. It does wash excellently, it's usually very quiet (it has its loud moments during spin sometimes, and the compressor sometimes gets loud during the dry cycle), but clothes come out perfectly dry, and softer than a normal dryer! It's not completely perfect though. You do have to be diligent cleaning the lint filter, and I sometimes just vacuum the door gasket of lint before I start removing clothes. The door gasket is linty after towels and bleached clothes, especially, but I knew that getting into it. The bleach dispenser also does not get enough water to fully empty. I would prefer that I could specify two different types of detergents in the two tanks, or just not have that feature to start with as it's another thing to break. The light also can't be programmed to stay on or started from the app. Those are nit picks though that can be fixed with software updates.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. It’s A big disappointment and no one can fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love about this product is that it's a 110v washer/dryer. I was a bit concern initially because I thought I would need to convert my house to a 220v. Fortunately, I did need to, which makes this great! It will work for any house. Honestly, this was a huge plus! The time delay is also great, so I would put my clothes in the washer and delay it until off peak hours to have it wash/dry it. This is a huge plus, since pg&e bill has been on the huge rise, being able to do laundry off peak hours help save some money. I really love the design, it looks super nice with a very friendly design.

I have owned and used the LG washer dryer combo for several months. I feel like I was ripped off. It takes many hours to dry items. A load of 6 towels takes 8-10 hours to wash and dry. Very little lint is collected in the lint filter but tons of lint gets caught in the gasket. The gasket is always covered in lint and hair. An LG service repair person came out for a service call because it leaks water from the detergent dispenser. He said to use the lowest amount of detergent but it did not help.

I love the extra space it provides in the laundry room, and I no longer have to worry about forgetting to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer. A few more impressive features include the ThinkQ app sync that elevates the user convenience, hassle-free cleaning of the lint filter, and the lighting inside the tub. Moreover, the ventless design is amazing; No regular vent maintenance needed, which eliminates a fire hazard. Overall, this washer/dryer combo is a true gamechanger! I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit does an excellent job if used they way it is supposed to be used. It is great for a small family but not for a large family. Very nice to just load it, start it and leave. It will be done when you get back to it. Fits on a pedestal washer too which is nice. I combined mine with the pedestal and a full size dryer which gives me multiple options for any size load I have from 1 uniform shirt and pants to 10 large bath towels when using the full size dryer. No vent required is a big plus.

I use all different settings and sometimes only do a wash, use my separate dryer and start a wash/dry combo on another load. This has truly saved me time. The app is great and I can see how many minutes are left, so I know to go down into the basement to switch it out. The app also has good updates with different melodies and mini screens to choose from.
