0.9 cu. ft. Compact Portable Top Load Washer in White

They packed it like crap, broken styrofoam was all over under and inside which is causing fire hazard. Not sure what idi0ts threw a lot of broken styro even in the drum, many washings had a lot of small white pieces in my clothes. I can’t even see which store it came from and who to blame. The machine itself washes well and not loud at all. It doesn’t have a softener compartement so you have to stop it at the rinse cycle and pour your softener.

I pick up the magic chef washer from home depot, hooked it up ,selected the options to run, pushed the start button & that's when i found out this machine was junk, water was coming out of the front panel like a water fall, after cleaning up the water that was all over my Rv bedroom floor soaked into my carpet I checked underneath the washer machine to see it was missing a part, so i now know quality control is not there priority!!

I am extremely disappointed with the Magic Chef portable washer purchased from Home Depot. Initially, I was thrilled with its convenience and performance, recommending it to friends without hesitation. However, my enthusiasm has turned to frustration as the washer has developed significant issues. About a year ago, the washer began exhibiting problems, initially with a recurring sound that wouldn't reset. Now, it has escalated to the point where it completely shuts down and restarts mid-cycle. This not only disrupts the laundry process but also wastes time and water. Furthermore, the sensor malfunction triggers an automatic rinse cycle, causing leakage from the hose at the back of the machine. Attempting to troubleshoot the issue myself has been fruitless. Holding the lid down manually allows it to function temporarily, but this is not a sustainable solution. The inconvenience and stress caused by this malfunctioning washer are immense. It's disheartening to see a product that once provided convenience now causing such frustration and inconvenience. What's even more concerning is that when I shared my experience with two friends who also own this washer, they reported experiencing the exact same issues. This suggests a widespread defect rather than isolated incidents. As a loyal customer of Home Depot, I'm reaching out in the hopes of resolving this matter. I've invested time and money into this product, only to be met with disappointment and inconvenience. I kindly request a replacement for this defective washer. Given the circumstances and the fact that this issue appears to be widespread among other users, I believe a replacement is warranted. I sincerely hope Home Depot & Magic Chef manufacturers takes swift action to address this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I see the guy ram the box up the stairs. I bought this from Home Depot.com and delivery $55. I ran out and told him it’s probably damaged, he said it’s packaged well. And, could I help him lift it in? Insane. And look at the damage he did, he left before I opened it. Shame on you Home Depot, unbelievable awful delivery drivers.

The washer was dropped during delivery. It looks used before even using it. If I ever need to sell it due to upgrading, I already lost money. It was disappointing and frustrating picking up my new washer from the store🤯

Had a 0.9 cu ft black n decker. Needed a larger machine to wash a king size micro plush blanket. (Target’s threshold)

I purchased this washer 4 years ago. My rental has no washer or dryer hook ups. This tiny machine was life-changing for me. Fit in my bathroom perfectly. Easy to attach to sink. I got a drying rack to dry everything. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The only thing I’m not able to wash is large blankets. I will say, this washer probably isn’t for you if you have a large family. I live alone and can do one or two small loads a week just fine.
