Hi, With this adapter, does the cell phone charge in a way, fast or super fast charging?
Very fast charging.
I use this to charge multiple mobile devices that includes fire tablet, iPad and my iPhone. The charge is not fast or super fast. If you want that then you would need the new technology like PD(Power Delivery) or PPS(Programmable Power Supple) but that uses a USB Type-C connector. For USB Type-A which this product has, typical the max is 5V 2.4A a total of 12W, more than enough in my opinion. While at work I use this to charge my phone while listening to music, I always have power!
Average speed. Not fast but adequate for android phone. Top off is much better.
I tried this article and it is not Fast Charging for Android as indicated by the package or as indicated by the Milwaukee Toolman, charging by cable as indicated by the cell phone, I tried with a 5A and 12A battery and everything is the same, super slow
The size of a battery 5Ah v 12Ah wont push more power through the charger the charger pulls 12 watts of power and it is the same for both batteries but the bigger one has more power to supply a bigger load.

Can this device be used to charge the m18 battery or is it only used one way with the m18 battery being used only as a power source?

Google says lithium on had to be in carryon, NOT in checked luggage.
