Thanks for your question. The answer is, it depends. This size of the Fontana series is designed to accommodate 5-6 standard size hens. Whether it will be adequate or not depends on how your ducks relate size wise to a standard hen. There is a larger size in this swries, the Jumbo which could easily accommodate your flock.
What are the measurements of the door opening?
Thank you for your question. The door opening is 10.25" wide and 15.25" high. The door is hinged at the bottom and opens to form the entry ramp. Reverse to close and secure.
Is it easy to assemble and dissemble? I want to have it in another location in a couple of months.
Thank you for your question. I have personally assembled this model 20-30 times. Even though I have great familiarity, I follow the instructions closely and it makes the process mush easier. The parts are all numbered consecutively. A step I highly recommend before doing anything else is to separate the parts by number and then start adding part #2 to part #1, etc. Taking it apart is just reversing the process. Another thing I also recommend is to note how the parts come out of the box. I did it by layer noting the part number and layer. It will make repacking the product when you want to move it a lot easier and will help protect the product during shipment.
Not really, if anything is bent, which it was for me, it does not go together easily and definitely won't be able to move it. I have to use rope and zip ties to keep it together
